Services Description

SEO Company Dallas TX provides search engine optimization services for Dallas-area businesses using a milestone-based pricing model. Services include keyword research, on-page optimization, content creation, local SEO, link building and rank tracking. All services are subject to a signed project agreement that specifies target keywords, milestone definitions and pricing.

Milestone Pricing Terms

Milestone payments are triggered when target keywords reach the ranking positions defined in your project agreement. Rankings are verified using agreed-upon third-party rank tracking tools. Milestone payments are due within 14 days of milestone verification. Specific milestone definitions, payment amounts, and keyword targets are detailed in each client's individual project agreement.

No Guarantees

While our pricing model is tied to ranking results, we do not guarantee specific ranking positions, timelines, or traffic volumes. Search engine algorithms are controlled by third parties (Google) and can change without notice. Our commitment is that you will not be billed for milestones not achieved.

Communications Consent

By submitting a form with the TCPA consent checkbox selected, you consent to receive calls and text messages at the phone number provided. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP or contacting us directly.

Intellectual Property

All on-page optimizations, content, technical improvements and citations created as part of your SEO project are owned by you. If the project is cancelled or completed, all work product remains on your website. Nothing is removed or reversed upon project conclusion.

Limitation of Liability

SEO Company Dallas TX is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from search engine ranking fluctuations, algorithm changes, or any actions taken based on information provided on this site. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for milestones achieved.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
